Nucleofection of IMR-32 (ATCC) cells.
IMR-32 cells were transfected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit L, Program C-05 (for Nucleofector I) or C-005 (for Nucleofector II) and 2µg pmaxGFP. 24 hours post nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescent microscope (B).
