Nucleofection of TF-1 cells (ATCC).
TF-1 cells were nucleofected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit T, Program T-01 (for Nucleofector I) or T-001 (for Nucleofector II) and 2µg pmaxGFP. 24 hours post nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescent microscopy (B).
