Nucleofection of T2 cells (ATCC).
T2 cells were transfected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit C, Program A-30 (for Nucleofector I) or A-030 (for Nucleofector II) and 2µg pmaxGFP. 24 hours post nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescent microscopy (B).
