Nucleofection of S49 cells (ATCC).
S49 cells were transfected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit V, Program C-13 (for Nucleofector I) or C-013 (for Nucleofector II) and 2µg pmaxGFP. 24 hours post nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (top) and fluorescence microscopy (bottom).
