Nucleofection of RBL-2H3 cells (ATCC).
RBL-2H3 cells were nucleofected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit T, Program X-01 (for Nucleofector I) or X-001 (for Nucleofector II) and 5 µg pmaxGFP. 24 hours post nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescent microscopy (B).
