Nucleofection of RBL-1 cells.
RBL-1 cells were transfected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit V and 2µg pmaxGFP. 24 hours post nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (top) and fluorescence microscopy (bottom).
