Nucleofection of NK-92 cells (ATCC).
NK-92 cells were nucleofected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit R, Program A-24 (for Nucleofector I) or A-024 (for Nucleofector II) and 2 µg pmaxGFP. 24 hours post nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescent microscopy (B).
