NB-4 cells (DSMZ) were transfected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit V, program X-01 or X-001 and 2 µg of pmaxGFP. 24 hours post nucleofection the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescence (B) microscopy.
