Example of nucleofection for MOLT-4 cells (ATCC).
MOLT-4 cells (ATCC) were transfected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit L, program C-05 or C-005 and 2 µg of pmaxGFP. 24 hours post nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescence microscopy (B).
