Nucleofection of MEG-01 cells (ATCC).
MEG-01 cells were nucleofected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit C, Program X-05 (for Nucleofector I) or X-005 (for Nucleofector II) and 2µg pmaxGFP. 24 hours post nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescent microscopy (B).
