Nucleofection of KG-1a cells (ATCC).
KG-1a cells were nucleofected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit L, Program V-01 (for Nucleofector I) or V-001 (for Nucleofector II) and 2 µg pmaxGFP. 24 hours post nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (top) and fluorescence microscopy (bottom).
