Transfection efficiency of 96-well nucleofected K-562 (ATCC) 24 hours post nucleofection.
K-562 (ATCC) were nucleofected with program 96-FF-120 and 0.4 µg of pmaxGFP. 24 h post nucleofection cells were analyzed by flow cytometry. Cell viability is usually around 95% (%PI negative cells) after 24h.

K-562 (ATCC) were nucleofected with a plasmid encoding a secreted version of human placental alkaline phosphatase (SEAP) using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit SF. 24 hours post nucleofection, alkaline phosphatase activity of the cell culture supernatants was measured with a chromogenic assay. Data are expressed as percentage of the average activity of all nucleofected wells. Wells with background enzyme activity are negative controls of cells in Nucleofector Solution and plasmid DNA, but without nucleofection.
