Transfection efficiency of 96-well nucleofected Jurkat, Clone E6-1 (ATCC) 24 hours post nucleofection.
Jurkat, Clone E6-1 (ATCC) were nucleofected with program 96-CL-120 and 1 µg of pmaxGFP. 24 h post nucleofection cells were analyzed by flow cytometry. Cell viability is usually around 80% (%PI negative cells) after 24h.
Uniform reporter gene expression of 96-well nucleofected Jurkat, Clone E6-1 (ATCC)
Jurkat, Clone E6-1 (ATCC) were nucleofected with a plasmid encoding firefly luciferase using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit SE. 24 hours post nucleofection luciferase activity was measured. Wells without luciferase activity are negative controls of cells in Nucleofector Solution and plasmid DNA, but without nucleofection.
