Example of nucleofection for HuT 78 cells (ATCC).
HuT 78 cells (ATCC) were transfected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit R, program V-01 or V-001 and 2 µg of pmaxGFP. 24 hours post nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescence microscopy (B).
