Nucleofection of D1 ORL UVA (ATCC) cells.
D1 ORL UVA (ATCC) cells were transfected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit T, program A-33 (for Nucleofector I) or A-033 (For Nucleofector II) and 2 µg pmaxGFP. 24 hours post nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescence microscopy (B).
