Example of nucleofection for Caco-2 cells (ATCC).
CaCo-2 cells (ATCC) were transfected by Nucleofection using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit T, program B-24 and 2 µg of pmaxGFP. 24 hours post nucleofection the cells were analyzed by light (A) and flourescence (B) microscopy.
