The advanced Cell Line Optimization Nucleofector Kit is the ideal tool for the transfection of virtually any difficult-to-transfect cell line. It enables you to conveniently and rapidly determine the optimal Nucleofection condition of your specific cell line of interest within one experiment. The kit has been significantly simplified. Instead of the former 30 reactions now only 18 reactions are required. Moreover the optimization strategy has been modernized using a series of new program and Cell Line Nucleofector Solution combinations. In contrast to the former optimzation strategy the kit contains two different Cell Line Nucleofector Solutions V and L which are tested with a carefully chosen set of seven different Nucleofector programs.
