Example of nucleofection for WI-38 cells.
WI-38 cells were transfected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit R, program V-01 (for Nucleofector I) V-001 (for Nucleofector II) and 2 µg of pmaxGFP. 24 hours post-nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescence (B) microscopy.
