Example of nucleofection for NCTC clone 929 cells (ATCC).
NCTC clone 929 cells (ATCC) were transfected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit V, program X-05 (for Nucleofector I) or X-005 (for Nucleofector II) and 2 µg of pmaxGFP. Cells were incubated 10 mins post nucleofection. 48 hours after nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescence microscopy (B).
