Example of nucleofection for IMR-90 cells (ATCC).
IMR-90 (ATCC) cells were transfected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit R, program X-01 or X-001 and 2 µg of pmaxGFP. 24 hours post-nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescence (B) microscopy.
