Average transfection efficiency of HaCaT cells
HaCaT cells were transfected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit V, program U-20 and a plasmid encoding the enhanced green fluorescent protein eGFP. 24 hours post nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by flow cytometry.
