Example of nucleofection for B16-F0 cells (ATCC).
B16-F0 cells were transfected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit R, program P-31 (for Nucleofector I) P-031 (for Nucleofector II) and 2 µg of pmaxGFP. 24 hours post-nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescence (B) microscopy.
