Example of nucleofection for 3T3-L1 pre-adipocytes (ATCC).
3T3-L1 pre-ad cells (ATCC) were nucleofected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit V, program T-30 (for Nucleofector I) / T-030 (for Nucleofector II) and 2 µg of pmaxGFP. 24 hours post nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (top) and fluorescence microscopy (bottom).
