Nucleofection of HUV-EC-C (ATCC) cells.
HUV-EC-C (ATCC) cells were nucleofected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit V, program V-01 (for Nucleofector I) / V-001 (for Nucleofector II) and 2 µg pmaxGFP. 24 hours post nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescence microscopy (B).
