Nucleofection of H9c2(2-1) (ATCC) cells.
H9c2(2-1) (ATCC) cells were nucleofected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit L, program C-20 (for Nucleofector I) / C-020 (for Nucleofector II) and 2 µg pmaxGFP. 24 hours post nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescence microscopy (B).
