Nucleofection of A-10 (ATCC) cells.
A-10 (ATCC) cells were transfected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit L, program D-30 or D-030 and 2 µg pmaxGFP. 24 hours post nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescence microscopy (B).
