Example of nucleofection for NTERA-2 cl.D1 cells (ATCC).
NTERA-2 cl.D1 cells (ATCC) were nucleofected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit L, program X-01 (for Nucleofector I) or X-001 (for Nucleofector II) and 2 µg of pmaxGFP. 24 hours after nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescence microscopy (B).
