Example of nucleofection for NRK cells (ATCC).
NRK cells (ATCC) were transfected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit T, program X-01 or X-001 and 5 µg of pmaxGFP. 24 hours post nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescence microscopy (B).
