Nucleofection of NG108-15 (ATCC) cells.
NG108-15 cells were transfected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit V, Program X-23 (for Nucleofector I) or X-023 (for Nucleofector II) and 2µg pmaxGFP. 24 hours post-nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescence microscope (B).
