Nucleofection of MV-4-11 cells (ATCC).
MV-4-11 cells were nucleofected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit L, Program Q-01 (for Nucleofector I) or Q-001 (for Nucleofector II) and 2µg pmaxGFP. 24 hours post nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescent microscopy (B).
