Example of nucleofection for MDCK II cells (ECACC).
MDCK II cells (ECACC) were transfected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit L, program L-05 or L-005 and 2 µg of pmaxGFP. 24 hours post nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescence microscopy (B).
