Example of nucleofection for MDCK cells (ATCC).
MDCK cells (ATCC) were transfected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit L, program A-24 or A-024 and 5 µg of pmaxGFP. 24 hours post nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescence microscopy (B).
