MDA-MB-468 cells (ATCC) were transfected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit V, program X-05 or X-005 and 2 µg of pmaxGFP. 24 hours post nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescence microscopy (B).
