MDA-MB-453 cells (ATCC) were transfected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit C, program X-01 or X-001 and 2 µg of pmaxGFP. 24 hours post nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescence microscopy (B).
