Transfection efficiency of 96-well nucleofected HL-60 (ATCC) 24 hours post nucleofection.
HL-60 (ATCC) were nucleofected with program 96-EN-138 and 0.4 µg of pmaxGFP. 24 h post nucleofection cells were analyzed by flow cytometry. Cell viability is usually around 60% (%PI negative cells) after 24h.
