HL-60 (ATCC) were nucleofected with program 96-EN-138 and 0.4 µg of pmaxGFP. 24 h post nucleofection cells were analyzed by flow cytometry. Cell viability is usually around 60% (%PI negative cells) after 24h.

HL-60 (ATCC) were nucleofected with pmaxGFPTM using the Cell Line 96-well Nucleofector Kit SF. 24 hours postnucleofection cells were analyzed by flow cytometry. Wells 1 and 96 are negative controls of cells in Nucleofector Solution and plasmid DNA, but without nucleofection.
