Example of nucleofection for HeLa S3 cells (ATCC).
HeLa S3 cells (ATCC) were nucleofected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit L, program V-01 (for Nucleofector I) or V-001 (for Nucleofector II) and 2 µg of pmaxGFP. 24 hours after nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescence microscopy (B).
