Transfection efficiency of CHO-S cells 24 hours post nucleofection.
2 x 105 or 2 x 106  cells were nucleofected with program 96-FF-137 and 0.4 µg pmaxGFP. 24 hours post nucleofection cells were analyzed on a Becton Dickinson FACSCalibur with HTS option. Cell viability is usually around 50% for both cell numbers after 24 hours.

Well-to-well uniformity of SEAP reporter gene expression after 96-well nucleofection.
2 x 105 CHO-S cells were nucleofected with 0.4 µg of an expression vector encoding the SEAP gene using the Cell Line 96-well Nucleofector Kit SG. 24 hours post nucleofection SEAP enzyme activity was measured (n=80, SD = ± 6.1% from mean). Wells without SEAP enzyme activity are negative controls of cells in 96-well Nucleofector Solution and plasmid DNA but without nucleofection.
