Example of nucleofection for Capan-1 cells (ATCC).
Capan-1 cells were transfected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit V, program A-33 (for Nucleofector I) A-033 (for Nucleofector II) and 5 µg of pmaxGFP. 24 hours post-nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescence (B) microscopy.
