Example of nucleofection for BHK-21 cells (ATCC).
BHK-21 cells (ATCC) were transfected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit L, program A-31 or A-031 and 2 µg of pmaxGFP. 24 hours post nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescence microscopy (B).
