Highly efficient transfection of various cell lines using the 96-well Shuttle. Cell lines were transfected with 400 ng pmaxGFP and analyzed for maxGFP expression on a > Becton Dickinson FACSCalibur with > HTS option, 24h post nucleofection. Cell viabilities range between 50% and 97% depending on the cell line.
