Nucleofector Kits for Cell Lines
There are three possibilities to establishing the Nucleofector technology with your cell line:
- Ready-to-use Optimized Protocols:
For many cell lines the ideal (96-well) Nucleofector Kit has already been established. It is ready-to-use as it comes with an Optimized Protocol, details of which you can find on the list of
cell lines with amaxa Optimized Protocols. - Entry in cell database:
For cell lines lacking an amaxa Optimized Protocol you may still find customer optimization data in our cell database. This data may suggest which of the cell line (96-well) Nucleofector kits to use. - No protocol available:
If your cell line is neither entered in the list of amaxa Optimized Protocols nor in the cell database a specific Nucleofector Kit has not yet been identified. In this case the Cell Line Optimization Kit or the Cell Line Optimization 96-well Kit are recommended which allow for an easy determination of nucleofection parameters (i.e. the optimal Cell Line Nucleofector Kit and the optimal nucleofection program) in just one experiment.
