96-well Nucleofector Automation Kits and Protocols
During an automated transfection process, cells have to be stored in Nucleofector Solution for a prolonged time, depending on the number of scheduled reactions. Depending on the duration of the pre-incubation step, the transfection efficiency and viability of the cells might change over time.
We tested cells most requested for high throughput transfection purposes with respect to long time storage effects. The following 96-well Shuttle OPs are directly suited for long time storage of the corresponding cells for up to 4 hours in Nucleofector Solution:
For other cells special Automation Kits have been developed, extending the possible storage time to 4 hours. The Automation Kits operate with 2 Nucleofector Solutions plus Supplement which are mixed prior to the experiment. The corresponding Automation OP can only be used in combination with the Automation Kit. The Automation Kit can only be ordered as 
Customized Kit.
