pmaxFP vectors: Light up your cells
pmaxFP vectors express novel green (
maxFP-Green), yellow (
maxFP-Yellow and
maxFP-Yellow-m) and red (
maxFP-Red) fluorescent proteins. These pmaxFP vectors can be used to:
- monitor gene expression and protein localization in living mammalian cells
- generate green, yellow or red fluorescent fusion proteins
- study gene-regulation by using promoter-less (PRL) versions
