96-well Shuttle Software

The Nucleofector 96-well Shuttle Software represents the graphic user interface required for running the Nucleofector 96-well Shuttle System. It is used to setup, control and save the results of a 96-well nucleofection experiment.

Installation

The software is pre-installed on a > laptop provided by amaxa together with the 96-well Shuttle. In case a re-installation of the 96-well Shuttle Software is required please use the provided Installation CD and follow the installation wizard (> process description).

Software Version

amaxa may update the PC software without special announcement. Please > register to receive an information about new updates. An update of the PC software might be connected with an update of the firmware of the other system components (Nucleofector and/or 96-well Shuttle). The PC software always does a compatibility check for the connected devices and includes an update functionality. Thus, it is recommended to always use the latest PC software version to avoid system incompatibilities.

The latest PC software version is 1.51b (Login to the right for download).

Program Definition & Template Parameter Files

A Template parameter file (*.tp) is a Parameter file pre-defined by amaxa. Currently the following files are available (Log in to the right to download):

  • Cell Line Optimization
  • Cell Line Optimization for siRNA
  • Neuron Optimization
  • Epithelial Cell Optimization

Program definition files (*.pd) contain the 96-well program list and cell-type code list. The current version is S-EA-2.5 (Log in to the right for download).
