Automated High Throughput Nucleofection
The 96-well Shuttle is the first high throughput transfection device suitable for the transfection of hard-to-transfect cell lines and primary cells. For a complete automation of the Nucleofection process, the Nucleofector 96-well Shuttle System has to be integrated into an automated environment providing liquid handling- and plate handling capabilities. For the integration additional software is necessary, to control the Nucleofection process via the LHS-software.
Integration concept of 96-well Shuttle: Hardware depicted in big boxes, software in small boxes. The Automation Package includes an interface provided by amaxa (orange box) for the communication with the LHS software, together with a detailed documentation. Furthermore amaxa will support the LHS supplier during the integration process (driver development – blue box) and during the test- and installation phase.
