«What filters do you recommend for the visualization of the fluorescent proteins expressed by your pmaxFP® vectors?»

There are many filters appropriate for visualization of our fluorescent proteins.
Standard filter sets allow some visualization of maxFP®-Green (FITC-filter set) and maxFP-Red (rhodamine-filter set).
Optimal visualization can be achieved with tailor made filter sets as provided by several aftermarket suppliers (eg. Chroma Technology Corp). They can be chosen based solely on FP spectral properties. We indicate excitation and emission wavelengths on the vector data sheets.
