Yes we do, but nucleofection conditions will vary depending on culture conditions and which ES cell line you use, so some optimization may be required. We already successfully tested WW6, CK35, R1, H7, U295V and D3 lines with nucleofection. mES nucleofection of 1,000,000 cells leads to about 80-100 clones. In comparison with other electroporation methods we reach up to 10x more positive clones. Although the main focus of this kit is for stable integration to generate transgenic mice, the mES Nucleofector kit also gives highly efficient transient transfection efficiencies of up to 60%.
