«Is it possible to transfect proteins using the Nucleofector® technology?»

While we have not had the opportunity to examine this ourselves, we have had reports from customers who have transfected proteins (such as antibodies) using the Nucleofector and there is at least one publication detailing the nucleofection® of a polypetide substrate (Mollereau et al. (2005) Molecular Pharmacology 67(3):965-975 - see also the related application note by these authors in the next issue of amaxaNews).
