License Conditions for Use of amaxa Products
AMAXA distributes proprietary processes, devices, programs, protocols, solutions, reagents, consumables and kits (collectively referred to as “Technologies”) and is holder of patents and/or patent applications in Germany, the United States and other countries, and technical and scientific experience and know-how with respect to these Technologies, including but without limitation to the Products. AMAXA shall grant purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, which is hereby incorporated by reference, to use the Technologies only in connection with the Products purchased by purchaser from AMAXA and used in compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
