Example of nucleofection for L6 cells (ATCC).
L6 cells were transfected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit R, program X-05 (for Nucleofector I) or X-005 (for Nucleofector II) and 2 µg of pmaxGFP. 24 hours post-nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescence (B) microscopy.
